Sexocorporal Approach was developed by Prof. Jean-Yves Desjardins, cofounder of the Sexology Department of University of Québec, in Montréal (UQAM). This approach is the result of forty years of research in clinical sexology. He scientifically observed the body reactions in the sexual response to elaborate a model of sexual health.

Sexocorporal offers simple means to help in a concrete and quick way individuals or couples who want to achieve to achieve a better sexual and relational life. It is based on a perspective of sexual health.

This 3 days give an overview of:

  • Sexualisation process
  • Sexual arousal, sexual pleasure, sexual desire
  • Sexocorporal skills
  • Frequent sexual troubles: low desire, pain during intercourse, difficulties attaining climax, erectile problems, premature ejaculation.
